Can I create a RSS feed for Google News alerts?

as I don’t know a super-lot about computers, I appreciate it if someone could dumb down their response. anyway, I have a new social network on .ning which includes a RSS feed. I wonder if I can route a particular Google News query (let’s say ”+seahorse”) and create a RSS with every new story with the word “seahorse” and then paste that into the .ning page. hope that makes sense to you all.
