Do beat boxers have some certain special physical lungs and tongue abilities? (Same question goes for yodeling)

Does a beat boxer have some kind of a special ability that makes him ”able” of performing and producing those sound effects? Or is he just a normal person with normal lungs and tongue and all he had to do was practice?
And what about yodelers?
