How do I re-potty train my dogs?

My dogs were all perfectly potty trained and all of a sudden they think is okay to just go in the house. We’re trying to give them treats when they go outside but they mostly just wait by the door for the treat. I almost never see them do it in the house so i can’t really scold them for it. Any suggestions?
