Good price for a used 3rd party Nikon lens?

I’ve got a Craigslister offering up a slightly used Sigma 105mm Macro lens (retails for $390 + tax online) for $350. It’s been used for under 4 months and is said to be in great condition. Any camera folks want to weigh in on whether this is a good deal, or if a used lens should come in a little lower than that.
