White Blood Cell's?

I have lived with my white blood cell count being high ever since i was in my 20’s,I’am now in my 40’s,and my health has not been good for year’s.Doctor’s just tell me they cannnot find out why my white blood cell count is so high.And leave me to have to do what i can for my self,so that is what i have tried to do by useing herbal remedies ect..I have blurry vision at time’s—feel nausa at time’s—stiff neck,cannot turn it hardly,fever that come’s & goes,major sinus condition which developed in my early 30’s.I know the sinus problem is much more than a regular sinus problem,but doctor’s refuse to look into this further to see the other causes for my symptom’s.I just got out of the hospital the 20th,I was in 8 day’s with pneumonia,again they told me they could not find out why my white blood cell count was too high.I got my medical record’s and they did not place anything about my white blood cell count on my record’s about my white blood cell’s being too high..Infact they had white washed my record’s it seemed,because there was other issues i had in the hospital not listed.Now i’am not a doctor but i know something is really wrong when you live with high white blood cell count for over 20 year’s & suffer with health problem’s like i have,There just seem’s to be more doctor’s being a doctor for the money and not for the real concern for the person.There are some that really are.But i have went to a few over the year’s,and it seem’s they just refuse to really check a medical condition out properly..the pain in my neck is more so toward the left back side of my neck,to the base of my head area,I have had a lot of weakness,bright sunlight or Bright light’s bother my eye’s,I have had confusion that i should not normaly have at all,and other symptom’s.I would like to know what type of doctor do i need to see? that will really check me correctly and not just throw me some more antibiotics,or if you can tell me what my symptom’s sound like,That may be helpful as well.
