Is my iPhone ruined forever?

I somehow managed to empty a can of spray-on sunblock into my purse, and it seeped into my iPhone. Now my display looks like a lava lamp and the speaker volume is so low I cannot hear my phone ring. I have a warranty, but I’m pretty sure oil damage is not included. Is there anything I can do?
