An iphone/ipod touch app like urbanspoon or restaurant selector?

is there an iphone/ipod touch app that is similar to urbanspoon, except you can input/customized a restaurant. since restaurants in urbanspoon is not in my country. i have a similar widget on an office iMac before, just forgot the name. i can’t seem to find when searching the internets. ;( thanks
