Married Folk: Do you celebrate multiple anniversaries?

I’m just curious.
My three year dating anniversary was the other day, but our wedding anniversary is in August. We didn’t do anything special, mainly because my husband worked all day, but we plan on doing something this weekend.
So, do you do anything still for the anniversary of when you started dating? Got engaged? Or once you got married, you just celebrate that day?
