My stomach and boobs hurt every night. . . sometimes in the morning. Does anyone know why this is?

I’ve had pain in my stomach on my lower left side from my back side to stomach. I don’t have health insurance, but when I did 5 years ago, the doctor wasn’t sure and thought maybe I had an assist on my ovaries. She wanted me to get a pelvic ultrasound, but I didn’t have the money. . . The pain in my side comes and goes, but lately its been hurting more especially at night and sometime on my right side where my ribs are too, and my boobs have been hurting as well. Especially when I lay on my side. I’m due for my period in a week. Do you think its flaring up because my period will be coming soon ?
