Do you own a Bosch dishwasher? Does it drain properly?

I love my dishwasher. It’s wonderfully quiet, super energy-efficient and attractive. Consumer reports rated it it’s highest honor. I love it, except for the fact that if I don’t take my dishes out right away they smell like rotting flesh.

When I called Bosch I got a little impression that this wasn’t a wildly inconceivable scenario—even though I’ve cleaned the drain and filter parts multiple times—there’s still some standing nasty water that never leaves. Anyone else seen this?
