What do I have to do to get Fluther to hire me?

Sooo.. I’m not done with school. I’m a freshman in college. Still. So do I need to finish college to start working for Fluther? What would be my best options as a degree to secure a job position? Also, could I start working as something simple to ‘get my foot in the door?’ Whose butt do I have to kiss? :P
