Do you guys think he is interested?

Okay, well there’s this guys who I REALLY like at my church. He makes me SO happy. so i finally told him I like him and asked him how he felt and he’s like “I don’t really know who I like right now, I’ve been really busy.” so than the next time I saw him we started talking a lot and he has been flirting a lot and now every time he sees me he hugs me (which he NEVER used to do) and I really think he’s starting to be interested. Than I told my friend, (who has dated him before) and she said “awwe that’s so cute u guys should date. I think he likes you. And a lot of times when he finds out a girl likes him, he starts to like her.” So what do you think? Is he interested? Should I make the first move or should I wait? thank you!! :))
