Is there a techy version of Fluther?

I find that a lot of technical questions don’t get answered. IE questions that follow the “Help me resolve this issue: (aka legit questions)” policy. Don’t get me wrong, I love Fluther. BUT are there some other sites like Fluther that you go to to get really specific questions about web development, photography, flash, html, xml etc… answered??
