Any plumber/home repair practitioners out there wanna tackle one?

Okay, I’m ready for the jokes, so bring ‘em on. My toilet squeaks. When it flushes, it emits this high pitch squeak that is unbearable; plus, it does it all night in small doses (I understrand that is a leak problem and can be fixed by replacing the something or other inside the back for some ungodly cheap amount (girl speak), which I would be HAPPY to try if I knew what the heck I was doing!! I just cannot afford a plumber to come and do what everyone I have overheard in the past is “so easy”, and I picture myself in my fuzzy jammas at 3am with the parts on the floor, legs crossed tightly, eyeing the cat box… Any takers??
