Any recommendations for a great agent to organize a safari in Africa?

I’m organizing a safari for my Dad’s birthday. Mainly looking at Botswana, Namibia and Zambia. I’m looking for a knowledgeable agent that can help me plan the trip, find the right lodges, etc. I’d appreciate it if you only recommend people you (or someone you know) have actually used in the past.
