I'm looking for some information and/or an opinion reguarding PTSD and medications that control the physical aspects from PTSD?

I’m have PS and finally found the right healthcare team that pulled me out of a six year psychosis. Since then I’ve noticed that the medications I take keep me from crying, anger, and stress or worry. Since these medications supress my feelings and physical emotions should I become aware when it comes to my body and the inability to feel or react to certian situation(s) that cause crying, anger, etc.? Both sides of my families have congential heart problems so, does it affect my body to where I could have a heart attack, stroke, etc. from the medications supressing such feelings/emotions?
