Can someone help me find an Emulator please?

And/or a website that has Emulators (Snes) for Windows Vista???? Preferably one with ROM’s too. You see I searched for these things in google and I just get nowhere. I’ve downloaded 2 different ROM’s so far: Snes9x, and Jsnes.
