How can I configure Firefox so it automatically refreshes a page after I hit "Back"?

And while we’re at it, is there a way to make it recognize the names of the Bookmarks as valid addresses? Say, I bookmark this site under the name “flut”. How can I configure it so that if I type “flut”, it goes to www.fluther.com?
