What is your beef? recipe?

I will have an unlimited supply of beef soon. The Longhorn is at the butcher as I speak. My mother always told me that she had 100 ways to cook ground beef for her six children. Do you? Was she exaggerating?

I’m stuck with tacos, spaghetti, hamburgers and meatloaf. Do you have any interesting beef recipes?

I will have many tomatoes and bell peppers from our garden to add to any recipe you might have.
