How do you deal with crazy freaks who think their some sort of beast? Especially if they show proof?

Well at school these kids think they are so cool, they say they’re daywalker vampires. They intimidate people even some teachers fear them, I personally thought it was bogus until I saw one freak choke throw a kid. I read somewhere that mentally unstable people can have a lot of strength with being able to control it. If this is the case with these “vamps” how do I, especially the school deal with them?
