What is happening to me..? Have you ever typed a word but a different word appears?

Twice yesterday I tried to type the word “entirely” but the word that appeared on screen came out as “with”. This happened twice on diiferent comments. It was definitely my mistake and not the computer. A feeling of vertigo overcame me when seeing the wrong word appear.
My mind said one thing but my hands said another.
Has anything like this ever happened to you? Am I going nuts?
No, I have not been stressed or had any recent head injuries.
