How Much Should I Expect To Pay A Housekeeper?

Do housekeepers usually get paid hourly, or per job based on the size of the job? I want a housekeeper to come in twice a week and do basic sweeping, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, etc. Just wondering what the normal guidelines are so I don’t get taken advantage of.
