Where is the best place to go to Spanish language school in Central or South America?

I want to go back to Spanish language school. Somewhere relatively inexpensive, preferably near sweet beaches or somewhere to swim. I already did the Xela, Guatemala thing so something different. Please tell me names of cities and schools.
