How do I fix an error 17536 on a 2001 audi a4 quattro 1.8t?

The check engine light comes on occasionally, then goes off after a few days of light driving (under 3k RPMs to keep the turbo from kicking in).
Error 17536 (long term fuel mixture lean) is what comes up. I haven’t found any noticeable air leaks, but I’m not a mechanic.
