Suggestions for a good desk chair?

My requirements: under $500, armless or very low or adjustable-height armrests, rolling base, decadently comfortable (lumbar support!), and preferably the kind with a liquid compressor and not a gas compressor – or a gas compressor kind not made in China (because of this – though maybe I don’t have to worry about that issue if I buy a good-quality chair).
