Why do I feel like fainting after taking some tylenol?

I took some a little while ago to stop the pain of a sprained ankle. And right now I was laying down and when I stood up my head started hurting and I fell back. Was it the medecine that might have had expired? The heat? What do I take now? I don’t think it’s necessary to go to the doctor, though.
