Does the LG200C receive pictures?

is a tracfone that i got for a birthday present for someone. I know it doesn’t have a camera.. it was the only one they had, but can it receive pictures? I’ve looked around online.. but no site will tell me directly if it does or not.. so all the help would be greatly appreciated:]
