Could I get a specific list of FRUIT & VEGETABLES that I can and can NOT feed my 3 month old puppies?

- Vegetables: Lettuce (boiled), Carrots (boiled),........
.......(what else…?)

- Meat: Poultry, Beef, .....

- What type of fish…?

and

- Is it too early for Pork in their diet?
