What is a good recipe that uses up mince beef?

I have some spare mince beef in the freezer that I want to use up and am a bit tired of spag bol, chilli con carne and cottage pies. Could anyone recommend any dish that uses mince beef, isn’t incredibly expensive to produce, and can feed 4 (I have 400g of beef so thats ok). Also I don’t mind if its a challenging recipe, in fact I would prefer that :).

/edit: Also I don’t want something that requires having to buy something that can only be eaten with the recipe – like taco shells.
