Problem with netflix instant movie viewer?

I have a subscription to Netflix, which includes unlimited online movie viewing. The first time you watch a movie online is has you download the correct software/plugin/whatever. And I did that. However, my computer recently had some unrelated problems and I got everything erased and reinstalled windows and everything else.

So now, I try to go on netflix and watch a movie and it tells me there’s an error with the movie watching software. There’s nowhere on the site that I can find to redownload the software. The help section is useless, all it says is “the first time you watch a movie you will be prompted to download the software”. I figured out that the software was Microsoft Silverlight, so I tried to download that from an independant source. That didn’t get the movies to play, it still says error. Any suggestions?
