Does anyone else have this pet peeve?

So you are out to lunch with your favorite someone (be it friend, co worker, acquaintance, etc.) The food comes and when they pick up their fork to have their first bite, the fork scraps on their teeth. Instead of using their lips to pull the food off the fork it is their teeth and as you can imagine the noise of metal on bone that ensues is terrible. I go through about a thousand emotions when I hear that sound, I shiver, I am grossed out, irritated, and for some reason my mind goes to that infamous curb stomping scene from American History X. It was so bad one day, I was wishing the restaurant would turn the music up. Anyone else have this pet peeve?
