Where does humor fit into Fluther?

I understand the site is for answering questions to help people out. I get that, and I love that. But sometimes someone asks a question and the first thing that pops in my head is a witty response. The best place for a joke is the very first comment. I find that jokes, snappy one liners, and witty comebacks are the most moderated thing on Fluther. I’ve never tried to ask a humorous question, but I imagine it would receive the same treatment.

Is humor discouraged? Welcomed? Rewarded? Where does it fit into this site?
