Should a junior girl date a freshman boy? When would that be/not be okay?

I’m just wondering. I go to a smaller high school, and thinking about it, it doesn’t seem that many juniors are dating freshman. (Maybe if the girls are younger) I just don’t know if it would be socially acceptable to do that.
