I'm trying to find a good IP webcam -- any suggestions?

For work, we’re trying to dredge up two webcam options for doing high-quality streaming from an outdoor location right onto the web.

Option 1 is an outdoor camera, Option 2 is an indoor camera that’ll look through the window.

Quality and ease of use is far more important than price here. Anyone have success with units they’ve tried?
