Is my toe still broken?

I broke my toe back in May. i accidentally smacked my foot on the ground real hard. My foot landed on its side pinky toe and the knuckle that connects the toe to my foot took the impact. Hear it is nearly six month later and there is no pain when I walk; only if all my weight leans on that small pinky toes. However, when I try to move my toe movement is restricted. When it does move I can feel the joint that connects my pinky toe to my foot pop and lock. It will hurt for a time afterwards. Is it still broken? Any ideas?
