Have you ever almost hit a kid with your vehicle because their parents were idiots?

I was idling through an extremely icy parking lot one evening. Off to my left a father was walking with his 8 or 9 year old son. Suddenly the kid took off running to the store, saw me and swerved to run in front of the van! I slammed on the brakes and simply slid…..the kid smacked into the front fender of my van and knocked himself down. Hold the kid’s hands in parking lots and when crossing the street, ya morons!!!
