What would be the best way to shrink a t-shirt?

It is 70% cotton and 30% polyester. I bought it online and it is too big. And I am to lazy to return it. And it was only 8 bucks.
What would be the best washer and dryer settings to get it to shrink the most? I haven’t washed it yet.
