Suggestions for what to do with 1 cup of beef fat?

I made beef stock yesterday, and removed the fat from the surface—now I have about a cup of beef fat, filtered once through a coffee filter.
I know it’s good in french fry oil, and someone’s suggested gravy. Any other ideas for what to do with it?
Using Fluther
or
