Do you have a humidifier? If so what kind?

I’ve been experiencing a lot of congestion at night (only) and hubby has started snoring lately. I heard that a humidifier helps with both of these issues so am looking into getting one.

Do you have a humidifier? If so does it work for you?
What kind do you recommend?

Also has anyone heard about how safe a humidifier is with a baby in the room?? I am trying to research this and will ask my doc but thought I’d ask just in case someone knew something about that as well.
