How should i feel?

I had a heart attack earlier today. Or so it was classified by my Dr. Im tired, and have this strange need to hug people or tell them exactly what I think about them.
Is this normal? Should I feel other things? Im confused on whats supposed to be going on.
Im younger, 18 to be exact, and it happened because i was misdiagnosed and given a bad mix of drugs and steroids. this caused my heart to go crazy.
