Do you have children and if yes when did you teach them about the birds and the bees?

I am always very interested in the entire children phenomena. I dont have any kids. And I never really got the birds n bees talk. And oh wow the teaching in high school was BEYOND lame seriously. So much less than we needed to know (actually i was jealous at least the boys got to be taught and saw playboy mags – do you think that the GIRLS got playgirl ed? um no) But are parents still teaching the birds n bees or are kids so worldly these days they are teaching their parents? Seriously back in my day (i am old ha ha ha) there was no internet etc. Its probably amazing i wasnt knocked up. All we had were books. And not many of those (yes we always searched for the “dirty” parts – how would i have survived without Judy Bloom?) The world is just so different now…
