Is it safe for me to return back to school/work place?

I went to the doctor at a walk-in clinic yesterday and he said that I have mild flu symptoms and since I have a friend who has h1n1, that i have been with a lot recently, that I most likely have h1n1 as well. Yesterday I was feeling horrible, with a high fever, chills, cough, sore throat, aches and pains, headaches and dizziness, however today I am feeling much better and only have a cough. I missed school today and can not afford to keep missing classes and I missed work on Sunday, but I would like to go back as I have important things to get done. I know that if this was just a regular sickness I would be able to go back to school and work tomorrow no problem, but since this is H1N1, should I not be going back so I don’t spread it to everyone?
