Why do my "questions for you" keep refreshing and deleting?

It did it the first time this morning which wasn’t a bad thing since I had a ton piled up, but I only had 10 and it just did it. I was going to look at some of those here shortly, where the crap did they go? And why?
And is this happening for anyone else?
