How do you start an internet talk radio show?

I want to start a radio show. Always have. I figured, the best way to do it would be online. I want to get a lot of listeners, I will have a co-host, and I basically just want to have people call in and get my opinion on ANYTHING. It can be something going on in their life, politics, or whatever they want. We talk about it, we joke about it, and we move on. I want to help people, and I think I could really do this. However, I want to make sure I get listeners. I found blogtalkradio.com, and I think it would make things easy… but I don’t want to waste my time, if no one will listen. What do you think I should do?
