Why do I lose my hearing?

Ok I don’t know if I am just a freak of nature or if this happens to everybody but a lot of times after I have sex usually if it is really good my hearing will go out not completely but it sounds like I’m in a bubble and I can’t hear well. This also happen sometimes after I smoke a cigarette. Does anyone here experience something similar too this and why the hell does it happen? Or is it just me??
