Will you observe a moment of silence at 1:30 today for the victims of Ft. Hood?

I just received a text from my son’s friend Zach, who is stationed at Ft. Hood. I think it came down from his commanding officer to be forwarded to his men. There will be a moment of silence at Ft Hood at 1:30, and nothing there will move during that time. (The end of the message said to notify all soldiers that it was mandatory to honor this.) PS, I assume it would be central time as Ft Hood is on central time. I think.
