What are some ways I can get back at my older brother?

My brother is almost always trying to scare me and often he does. Likfe take today for example. But this time I feel like retaliating and partly because I’m a bit bored with the lack of fun around my place.

Anyways, I don’t won’t want to go too crazy or anything, I just want to really give him a good scare,( in the spirit of fun though). So what is something I can do that will scare my 20 year old brother? Oh and he and a friend of his are in a building next to my house so that could potentially add some fun to the mix. :) Hehehehe So any suggestions?
