Is there a decent cheap pen that won't leak when upside down?

Like a biro or something.

I have ruined a few good pairs of jeans by leaving a pen upside down in my pocket and having it spill its load all over my leg.

Ink stains are not partiularly attractive.

I was wondering which pens are good for this kind of absent-mindedness? I couldn’t find much on the internet other than non-leaking fountain pens. Quite OTT for what I use my pens for. That is, I mostly need them to tick stuff at work.

So yes, what pens are less likely to leak in my pocket? Gel, rollerball, ball point? or get as specific as you like ;)
