How is it to live in a shared home?

My man and I (mostly him) are looking for a place we can live for the next two years. He came across this place and he’s really excited about it how cute :) That’s the only picture of the place, but he’s going to go see the inside when it’s available to be shown.

I had never even heard of people sharing houses until he brought up the idea to me. It seems like a weird situation, but that’s only because I know nothing about it.

Have any of you had any experience with a place like this?
