Where to buy affordable PCs online in Refurbished or Used Condition?

I’m looking for a trustworthy site that offers really cheap computers like http://auctions.overstock.com/ that accept paypal. The computers would most likely be used/refurbished to ensure lowest price but I’m not opposed to New ones either.

I already know of the great ebay.com so let’s keep him out of the answers.
